Betsey Johnson started designing clothes in the 70s and has been dancing around the fashion field ever since. After winning a competition to be guest editor of Mademoiselle Magazine in 1964, Betsey stepped into the glamorous world of fashion and soon after started designed for brand Paraphernalia.
After moving around the fashion world, she finally settled down in 1974 and began her own label Betsey Johnson which now has over fifty stores worldwide and extends from clothes, jewels and shoes to a hotel in Mexico!
Sometimes her designs can be a little out there but her dresses can also be perfect for bridesmaids. Or perfect for going to a that summer wedding. Her designs are the ultimate in girlyness with a touch of whimsical!
